i am listening to . . . abram asking me to fix his fishing pole for the 1000000th time today, but he said please and is wearing his piglet costume, so of course i fixed it again.
i am thinking. . . of how great it was to have time with Josh and Robin. wonderful friends.
i am thankful . . . for Gods provision again and again
from the learning room. . . we are focused on swimming lessons this week and last, so mostly just reading sonlight K books in spare moments. in the next few weeks we will start planning for the fall with lessons from homeschool share. a friend and i are planning on planning our year together and sharing activities. fun fun.
from the kitchen . . . some good ol homecooking with green beans, pork and potatoes. my favorite food is country food. also preparing some dishes for a friend who's baby should come any day now.
i am wearing . . . blue shirt, khaki capris, purple crocks
i am hoping . . . simeon makes it through the last few days of swimming lessons. he is dreading going to the deep end and really didnt want to go to lessons today.
i am creating . . . a baby quilt for a friend and several things for a craft fair in october. i am planning to try my hand at selling a few crafts. it will be my first time and i am nervous, in an excited kind of way.
i am praying. . . for robins family as they grieve the loss of her grandfather
one of my favorite things . . . is finding ripe tomatoes and zuccini in the garden. like an easter egg hunt
a few plans for the rest of the week . . . get things ready to can tomatoes next week. look at computers with dad. deliver some meals to about to pop friend
